Our team had the honor of contributing to the joyous celebration of Rachel and Phil’s matrimony, showcasing our expertise in vendor research, communications/management, design services, and flawless day-of execution. Phil and Rachel envisioned a wedding that harmonized personal touches with seamless execution. Recognizing the complexity of wedding planning, they entrusted our team to handle the intricacies and bring their dream celebration to life.

We undertook thorough research to identify vendors that aligned with the couple’s vision and budget, covering various services such as florists and photo booths. After securing vendors, we facilitated clear lines of communication between the couple and service providers. This streamlined oversight of contracts, timelines, and logistics, preventing any last-minute hiccups.

We teamed up with our colleague Sam, at Pretzel Studio, to craft a cohesive design concept for signage and a custom crossword puzzle. Skillfully capturing the couple’s aesthetic preferences, Sam produced elegant signage that resonated with the event's ambiance. The personalized crossword puzzle proved to be a tremendous hit with guests. 

On the big day, our team was present to ensure smooth coordination among vendors. We provided on-site management to handle logistics, and last-minute details to execute Rachel and Phil’s vision into a memorable celebration. The event was a resounding success, marked by joyous moments and a seamlessly executed plan that left a lasting impression on the couple and their guests.
