Allison Yoon, Founder

The founder and lead producer of ADWM Productions, Mid-Michigan native Allison Yoon, has a passion for the entertainment business. She pursued an acting career in Los Angeles after high school but ultimately realized that she was more passionate about event organizing and content development. Allison continued to produce series on YouTube and award ceremonies when she was a student at Michigan State University. She joined an event planning company in New York City after university, where she spent more than 5 years gaining crucial production experience. After that, Allison moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she established the international event production company ADWM Productions. Her skill set includes FOH production, content management, logistics, and other aspects of overall event production. Allison enjoys exploring Ann Arbor and traveling the globe in her free time.

Kalliyan Lagger - Coordinator

Born in Cambodia, Kalliyan was brought up in Lambertville, Michigan. At the University of Toledo, she pursued her academic interests and received a BBA with a concentration in management and digital marketing. Being a crucial part of the ADWM team, Kalliyan appreciates the positive atmosphere that the group fosters. Kalliyan enjoys traveling and reading outside of work.

Kelsey Leach - Event Producer & Project Manager

Since graduating from Grand Valley State University in 2014, Kelsey is always finding herself drawn to the excitement of events. Kelsey is an accomplished event manager with experience in small group tours and corporate events. Her expertise extends to managing logistics for music-themed charter cruises, and producing experiential marketing events across the United States. Kelsey has a new found passion for bringing local communities together, especially in her home town of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Outside of work, Kelsey is a dedicated mother of two, avid traveler, and fitness instructor.

Carrie Stalk - Head of Video & Production Manager

Carrie is a highly skilled producer, director, and editor, with over a decade of leadership experience in the film and media industry. Her expertise covers all aspects of the creative process, particularly narrative films, commercials, music videos, and branded web series. Carrie's portfolio has been viewed by millions and includes A-list talents and companies. Having worked in various locations around the world, Carrie has a global understanding of production, enabling her to manage projects with precision, push creative boundaries, and deliver outstanding results.
