ADWM teamed up with FAS to orchestrate and execute a pivotal Congressional briefing on The Hill. Our team showcased our expertise in managing vendors, registration, and catering coordination.

The Congressional briefing was an open invitation to members of the Wildland Fire Coalition, FAS Partners, and congressional staff. It was decided a mail merge was the best solution for guest communication. Since FAS is a recurring client, our team established a seamless connection to collect RSVPs in our client’s Airtable database. This method optimizes attendee data management and allows for real-time updates linked to individual attendee records. 

This event was ADWM’s first venture at a Capitol Hill building.  During the planning process, we maintained communication with Capitol Hill’s catering team to secure the F&B order, finalize the room layout, confirm AV equipment, and address other logistical details. Our team managed catering and registration onsite. The event not only addressed key industry issues but also provided a seamless and impactful experience for the distinguished attendees continuing FAS’s work in Wildland Fire policy.
