Entrepreneur First is a global talent investor supporting individuals to build startups from the ground up. ADWM was in charge of planning and managing a series of events including, private dinners, meetings, and receptions. The goal of these events was to foster networking opportunities among entrepreneurs and investors. Not only did we handle logistical management, but we also oversaw all creative design elements, such as event branding and collateral. 

Throughout the week of the event, we were expecting around 120 attendees. One of the event's main goals was to provide an inclusive environment where guests could network and expand partnership opportunities. By scheduling the program to include an array of activities, we were able to maximize attendance and facilitate meaningful interactions. Our team handled the invitation process, tracked RSVPs and attendee information, and streamlined communication to ensure a seamless guest experience. 

When developing the overall design theme it’s important to be cohesive with the client’s branding and core values. Collaborating closely with the EF team, we ensured the theme aligned with their vision. With the design foundation established, we created various event materials, including name badges and wayfinding signage. During setup, we subtly placed EF’s branding elements throughout to elevate the space. 

ADWM delivered a series of events that exceeded EF’s expectations. Attendees left the event with positive feedback regarding the ambiance and overall experience. The precision and creativity displayed by our team contributed to another successful event.
