For the third consecutive year, ADWM partnered with 1Day Sooner to provide logistical management for the full-day Operation Warp Speed 2.0 conference, sponsored by the Texas A&M Bush School. Our team managed catering, speaker, and staff travel arrangements, registration, creative design, and onsite coordination. Additionally, we organized a staff and speaker dinner the evening before, fostering engagement and networking among the speakers.

To begin the planning process, ADWM took the lead in researching vendors and confirming lodging and travel arrangements for the staff. We used Airtable to collaborate with the client team to keep tasks and data organized, ensuring seamless coordination between our teams. ADWM worked closely with the catering team to confirm timelines and maintain effective communication. We also developed cohesive event branding through the design of name badges, a new backdrop, signage, and presentation slides.

ADWM created a Fillout registration page, which allowed us to brand the design for the event. All data collected through Fillout was integrated seamlessly into our Airtable database. On-site, our team managed the registration process and directed guests to the main session area. In addition to overseeing catering and registration, we also monitored all technical aspects of the event, such as ensuring programming stayed on schedule, microphones were functioning properly, and the correct holding slides were being presented.

The event was a tremendous success! Guests not only raved about the conference organization, but they also felt impacted by the insightful conversations. We greatly value our relationship with 1Day Sooner and are honored to maintain long-lasting partnerships. This event was the perfect conclusion to our 2024 event season.
