The Advisory Committee for the 21st Century was an all-day conference that brought together experts, policymakers, and key stakeholders to discuss the current Advisory Committee (AdComm) ecosystem, understand the landscape of possible reforms and key opportunities for collaboration, and hear from the experts involved in the AdComm process. ADWM was entrusted with managing onsite logistics and coordinating speaker travel needs. 

ADWM provided a range of services throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. Our team managed the registration process, from pre-event attendee data collection to onsite check-ins. We tracked virtual attendance while also troubleshooting any technical issues to ensure a smooth Zoom meeting experience. 

From coordinating dietary restrictions to managing catering service schedules, ADWM and the catering team ensured alignment with the client’s budget and preferences. Guests who attended in person raved about the provided food and beverage options. Our team worked closely with each speaker to provide a stress-free reimbursement process that adhered to FAS’s guidelines.
