ADWM assisted for the second year in a row, event logistics for Operation Warp Speed 2.0 (OWS). Our team provided a spectrum of services, including on-site management, creative design, travel management for speakers and OWS’s staff members, the creation of multiple phase registration forms and tracking, technical direction for AV and vendor management. We are honored to collaborate with esteemed partners 1Day Sooner, Institute for Progress and MC2 for OWS 2.0 2023. 

Executing this event required hands-on effort in sending RSVPs. Our team crafted RSVP forms and closely monitored confirmations in our Airtable base. In addition to the RSVP process, we also developed a travel form for speakers and staff. Once travel forms were submitted, we created personalized travel itineraries for each individual, overseeing all aspects of their travel arrangements.

Throughout the planning process, we streamlined communication with each external vendor. From florals to the FedEx printing office, our team coordinated orders and established specific timelines. This planning aimed to guarantee a stress-free setup for the event. We also designed signage cohesive with the program’s branding, ensuring a visually harmonious atmosphere. Our main focal point was to create clear informative signage that guided attendees throughout the event. 

Our team oversaw the entire event process, handling setup, facilitating registration, ensuring speakers were properly mic’d up, coordinating catering, monitoring program end times and inventorying items for return to storage. The on-site experience is the most rewarding aspect of event production, where we see the execution of our dedicated planning efforts. Our range of services we provided played a pivotal role in the success of OWS 2.0 2023. We look forward to continuing to elevate and exceed expectations in future collaborative projects.
